Oui. Facture émise en euros TTC (base légale française) avec équivalent MAD au taux du jour indiqué en pied de facture. Règlement par virement international ou Wise accepté.
TVA marocaine ?
Prestation de service internationale hors champ TVA marocaine (auto-liquidation côté client marocain si assujetti). Franchise TVA côté France (art. 293 B CGI). Zéro complexité fiscale pour le client PME.
Déplacement Casablanca — comment ça marche ?
Inclus dans les formats Pilote (2 jours sur site) et Intégration complète (4 jours sur site). Pour les autres formats, déplacement optionnel facturé au réel (transport + hébergement à prix coûtant).
Langue de travail ?
Français par défaut. Anglais et darija (arabe marocain) courants. Documents livrés en français, résumés exécutifs disponibles en arabe classique sur demande.

Can I be invoiced in dirhams?
Yes. Invoice issued in euros all-in (French legal basis) with equivalent MAD at spot rate noted at the bottom. International wire transfer or Wise accepted.
Moroccan VAT?
International service delivery, outside the scope of Moroccan VAT (reverse-charge on the Moroccan client's side if VAT-registered). French VAT franchise (art. 293 B CGI). Zero fiscal complexity for the SME client.
Casablanca travel — how does it work?
Included in Pilot (2 days on-site) and Full Integration (4 days on-site) formats. For other formats, optional travel invoiced at cost (transport + accommodation at fair price).
Working languages?
French by default. Fluent English and darija (Moroccan Arabic). Documents delivered in French, executive summaries available in Modern Standard Arabic on request.
Confidentiality & data protection?

هل الفوترة بالدرهم ممكنة؟
نعم. الفاتورة تصدر بالأورو شاملة (السند القانوني فرنسي) مع ما يعادلها بالدرهم بسعر اليوم مذكور أسفل الفاتورة. الأداء عبر تحويل دولي أو Wise مقبول.
الضريبة على القيمة المضافة المغربية؟
خدمة دولية خارج نطاق الضريبة المغربية (تحصيل ذاتي من طرف الزبون المغربي إذا كان خاضعًا). إعفاء ضريبي من الجانب الفرنسي (المادة 293 ب). لا تعقيدات جبائية للزبون.
التنقل إلى الدار البيضاء — كيف يعمل؟
مشمول في نمط الطيار (يومان في الموقع) والإدماج الكامل (4 أيام في الموقع). بالنسبة للأنماط الأخرى، التنقل اختياري ويُفوتَر بسعر التكلفة الفعلية (نقل + إقامة بسعر التكلفة).
لغة العمل؟
الفرنسية افتراضيًا. الإنجليزية والدارجة المغربية بطلاقة. الوثائق تُسلَّم بالفرنسية، الملخصات التنفيذية متاحة بالعربية الفصحى عند الطلب.
السرية وحماية البيانات؟
اتفاقية سرية تُوقَّع عند الانطلاق. لا تُستخدم أي بيانات للزبون في تدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي. مطابقة القانون 09-08 CNDP + النظام الأوروبي لحماية البيانات (GDPR) مذكورة في العقد.
